About Sheryl Miller

Sheryl is a well-respected healer, mentor, and facilitator. She brings a diverse range of skills and expertise with over 25 years of experience to her work. She has been a Nationally Certified Polarity Practitioner since 2003 and an experienced Sound Healer. She also incorporates Somatic Embodiment, Chakra, and Quantum Healing into her practice.

Having embarked on a journey of self-discovery since her twenties; Sheryl's quest to understand the depths of life through psychology, art, and philosophy has fueled her knowledge and understanding. She's passionate about the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of being in balance and alignment in order for life to move forward while being present. She holds space for healing and transformation to occur naturally.

Intuitive and empathic, Sheryl is continually evolving and deepening her work.

Her desire and dedication are serving, empowering, and healing others by guiding and awakening them to their own body's innate intelligence and wisdom.
